Brooklyn, NY (February 2, 2021) — Project N95 has expanded access for healthcare workers to obtain vetted PPE from verified suppliers through the online Project N95 Shop. In 2020, the nonprofit delivered over 5 million units of PPE to the frontline, including items in short supply like gloves and hard surface disinfectants. This expansion will connect even more healthcare workers to the PPE that they need, when they need it.

“We are excited to open up the Project N95 Shop to both Frontline and Essential healthcare workers to purchase PPE 24/7,” said Anne Miller, executive director of the not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. “As we continue to see an elevated demand for PPE, along with unequal access to the supply chain, it’s important that we are here at all times to provide this equipment to frontline workers.”

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Project N95 has collaborated with many partners, including the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Medical Association (AMA) to aggregate members’ orders and provide access to vetted PPE in smaller quantities at bulk prices. Now, this complete product selection will be available to healthcare workers 24/7 through the Project N95 Shop. Going forward, the nonprofit will continue to work with association partners to meet the specific PPE needs of their members, and remains committed to serving as a trusted resource for healthcare workers.
